Observation: Glasswasher is unable to dispense chlorine sanitizer at 50 ppm. Chlorine sanitizer was measured between 10-50 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Repair this glasswasher so it is able to dispense chlorine sanitizer at 50 ppm. Do not use the glasswasher to wash and sanitize glasses or any other dishware and utensils. Date to be completed by: August 3, 2018

- Freezers at < or = -18C
- Hot holding units at > or = 60C
- High temperature dishwasher in use. Final rinse temperature reached 78.2C at the plate level.
- Food is covered and protected from contamination
- Dry storage is satisfactory
- No signs of pests observed during inspection

*Purchase new chlorine test strips capable of measuring 50 ppm. Use test strips daily to test the glasswasher and maintain an accurate log. Keep the log available on-site for review.
