Observation: Observed juice grinders with food debris and fruit remains. Operator indicated that they are cleaned and sanitized once they are sold and not in use. No orders came in at the time of visit

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Observed food items in the back alley outside. When inquired, operator explained that they have just been delivered at the time of inspector's visit. Invoice provided. Education provided that once food is delivered, all items must be kept safe at appropriate temperature. No PHFs were delivered at the time
2. Observed scoops stored in bulk food bins, handles touching the food.
3. Non-PHF stored in cardboard box
Corrective Action(s): 1. Required operator to transfer all items into the facillity's storage area or into a vehicle for safety and away from contamination sources. Operator moved items into the facility and cooler at the time of inspection
2. Required operator to remove the scoops, wash and sanitize them prior to re-use. Provide a clean storage space for scoops when not in use, protected from contamination. Operator removed the scoops at the time of inspection. Clean scoops placed at the time of inspection
3. Provided a food grade plastic bag for these non-PHF foods to be stored in at the time of inspection
