Comments

Routine inspection conducted and following are observed:

- All handwashing sinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers are less than 4C
- Freezer less than -18C
- Adequate temperature logs are maintained on regular basis
- Quats sanitizer solution measured at 200ppm concentration at the dispenser and in the buckets
- High temperature dishwasher measured at 78C during final rinse at the dish surface
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- Foodsafe is verified
- General sanitation is EXCELLENT!
