Routine inspection conducted of main kitchen in community centre. Premise maintained in excellent sanitary condition. The following was noted at time of inspection: Stainless steel stand-up cooler temperature at 3C Walk-in cooler temperature at 3C Stand-up freezer at -18C Chafing dishes available for hot-holding (not in use at time of inspection) Temperature logs maintained and up-to-date Hand washing areas adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels Bleach spray bottle available on-site at approximately 200 ppm chlorine residual High-temperature dishwasher sanitizes at a final rinse temperature of 72C at the plate Dry storage area is in sanitary condition and generally well maintained Shelving units in walk-in cooler generally well maintained Cleaned and sanitized utensils, plates stored inside cabinets / drawers in sanitary condition No signs of recent, visible pest activity noted at time of inspection Operating permit posted and up-to-date
