The premises has undergone a name change to Vegan Supply along with a change in corporate ownership. Application for Health Approval is being processed. A food safety plan has been written and submitted for the 'Healthy Hooch' Kombucha dispenser. The intent is that the operator will dispense the Kombucha tea for the customer. Generally well maintained and operated. Sanitation is good. Refrigeration measures < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. Spray sanitizer measures 200 ppm Cl The food safety plan will be reviewed and the operator will be advised if revisions are necessary.
