Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Fried chicken in a fridge, food wrapping was a garbage bag.
2. Single use container being used as rice scoop.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Garbage bag used for food wrapping is not allowed. Saran/ plastic wrap was used instead.
2. Paper material, single use container can not be used as rice scoop. Throw away, replace with a proper scoop.
