Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -10C.
-Display cooler used only for storage of non-potentially hazardous foods.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 2-compartment sink. Bleach is prepared at the end of the day. Sink plugs available and bleach available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pail labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-Foods properly strored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-FoodSafe Level 1 valid until December 19, 2022.
