Observation: Minor rodent activity observed in the back warehouse area. Facility is currently serviced by a professional pest control operator.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize areas affected by rodent droppings and continue to monitor for pest activity (droppings, rodents in tin cat devices, torn food packaging) and contact pest control services as needed. To prevent further infestation ensure the following actions are carried out: store foods in pest proof containers, seal potential entry points for rodents, maintain facility in a clean and sanitary condition, remove food waste/organics on a regular basis and remove standing water.

Store Front:
-Dairy walk-in cooler was at 2C.
-Wall coolers were less than 4C.
-Cut vegetables and fruits and sprouts stored at 4C.
-Wall freezers ranged from -17C to -24C.
-Store aisle freezers were at -14C.
-Bulk foods were protected from potential contamination in gravity dispensers or properly covered.
-Self-service olive bar was protected from potential contamination.
-Random selection of meal replacements were within their expiry dates.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.

Produce Area:
-Walk-in cooler was at 2C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer as at 200ppm.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Produce area was found to be clean and sanitary.

Juicing Area:
-Under counter coolers were at 3C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.

Warehouse:
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
