Comments

A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Temporary paper towel dispensers found at all hand sinks. Dispensers are on order and will be installed once they arrive. Ensure garbage cans are placed beside all hand sinks to allow staff to discard paper towels, and to discourage drying hands on aprons.
- Cooler door gaskets have been ordered for all cook line coolers. Cooler doors, in the bar area, have been repaired so they close tightly.
- Observed 12"-18" high stainless steel tables that will be cleaned and placed below the slushy machines, in the bar area, so as to raise the machines higher to avoid the dispenser and spill tray from becoming contaminated by staff shoes.
- Equipment, walls, and floors found 4' above the floor are being cleaned. Keep this up, and ensure staff are completing this regularly.
- Front waitress hand sink no longer has a leaking waste pipe. However, the back hand washing sink waste pipe is still leaking. Have the pipe replaced to stop leaking.
- Cloth buckets of sanitizer are in place. Ensure the level of sanitizer fully covers the cloths and the sanitizer is changed every 2 hours. Remind staff that ALL cloths shall be placed in a sanitizer bucket when not in use, and only removed when needed.
- No cloths were seen hanging from staff's aprons.
- Observed staff washing hands covered with disposable gloves. Remind staff that disposable gloves shall be changed and not washed.
- Quotes are being obtained to repair broken/cracked floor tiles, and re-grouting of floor tiles. Good.
