Observation: 1. Line cooler has not been serviced and staff on site were not able to provide an update.
2. Hand washing sink still has not been repaired (no hot water). This is a repeat violation.
Operator indicated at the previous follow-up that the hand sink was being repaired immediately.
'Out of Order' signage posted on sink.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Please provide an update on when the cooler will be serviced or replaced. Replacement or servicing should take place as soon as possible.
Keeping the top section covered is only an interim solution.
Equipment must be able to maintain a temperature of 4 C or below at all times.
2. Designated hand washing sink needs to be repaired immediately.
Note, using the utility sink is only an interim fix. The hand sink closest to the food prep area must be available at all times and fully stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and singe-use towels.
Failure to comply may result in further enforcement action.
