Staff member immediately restocked the dispenser. They explained that the store was closed yesterday and they are in the process of restocking. Corrective Action(s): Ensure the hand wash station is always fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water. Violation Score: 5

Overall, store is maintained in a sanitary manner -Cooler unit is functioning at 4C -Freezer is working and was measured at -18C -Dry storage is satisfactory. All items are stored above the ground (15cm) -No signs of pest activity -Pest traps are placed around store. All were noted to be empty -100ppm bleach solution is prepared in a spray bottle. No signature required due to COVID-19 Report to be emailed to operator.
