Note: Premises ran out of papertowels that fit into dispensers. Staff placed roll of papertowels beside each handsink.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - 2 Large baskets of cut chives stored under food preparation counter. Chives were properly covered or protected from contamination. Baskets too large to fully fit under counter - part of baskets sticking out from counter and under handsink. Sanitizer buckets also stored directly beside baskets of cut chives.
Corrective Action(s): - Discard both large baskets of chives immediately. Food handlers are unable to demonstrate that food was properly and adequately protected from contamination.
