Observation: Cleaning required and noted on report is not all done.
Corrective Action(s): Clean:
-->bottom compartment of deep fryers.
-->ice machine (section requiring cleaning was shown to chef and a quick wipe was done at time of visit). Deep clean at the end of the night.
-->Storage tray for cutting boards. It is indicated tray was cleaned, but might have to change the frequency on that.

The following items have been observed:
-->No potentially hazardous foods are noted at room temperature.
-->Chef has implemented time tracking on a board for staff to follow 2-hr rule for potentially hazardous foods at room temperature.
-->All handsinks are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid handsoap, and paper towel.
-->Handsinks are also clear of items and accessible at all times.
-->In-use utensils are stored in containers with ice.
-->Handsinks are labelled.
