Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings, sanitize areas, and continue to monitor. Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Cleaning required and noted on report is not all done. Corrective Action(s): Clean: -->bottom compartment of deep fryers. -->ice machine (section requiring cleaning was shown to chef and a quick wipe was done at time of visit). Deep clean at the end of the night. -->Storage tray for cutting boards. It is indicated tray was cleaned, but might have to change the frequency on that. Violation Score: 9
