Met with Alisha, new food coordinator, due to the FS Level 1 training.
The FH will provide the private class to the kitchen volunteers.

Discuss the new contract agreement with a different private groups ( connect with your district inspector )
All coolers are operating at 4C or below
High temp dishwasher - reached 71C at the plate surface or 82C at the hot water manhole
Bleach used as approved sanitizer.
Pest control - to employee certified pest control that will provide you with a best suggestion and solution for any pest infestation in the food facility.
