All foods stored on shelving units or on pallets off the ground
Premises composts spent grains and the compost is removed every 2 days.
Premises has contract with Eco Lab for pest control services. Follow all recommendations made by pest control technician.
No personal items noted on premises (ie. bike and car have been removed)
Back door was closed at time of inspection.
Ensure all lights in production area are contained (premises has high ceiling, some lights do not have obvious covers but may have sleeves that can not be clearly seen from floor level)
