Corrective Action(s): Preempt CS20 is a high level disinfectant required to disinfect cuticle nippers and nail pushers. Replace this with a new bottle that is not expired so that it can adequately disinfect as needed. Correction Date: Immediately. Violation Score: 15

Corrective Action(s): These are single use items that need to be disposed immediately after each client. These should not be re-used as it can spread skin diseases leading to infections. General sanitation is good. Single use items are stocked (nail files, buffers, separators, wooden scoops, etc.). Foot baths have single use covers available. Waxing bed has single use paper sheet covers available. No signs of double dipping in wax pot. 70% Isopropyl Alcohol used as intermediate level disinfectant to disinfect foot bath. Main hand sink has hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels. Customer bathroom is clean and hand sink is stocked with soap and paper towels. Laundry done on site - bleach available.
