Renovations occurring for the office section at Unit 1. Production area not affected.
Unit 10/11 used for storage of finished products, packaging material, and equipment. No production in these units. Note: submit floor plans if production is to occur.
Unit 12 used for the storage of ingredients.

Hand sink leading into production area provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Production room portable hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Chlorinated detergent and acid sanitizer used to clean and sanitize vats/tanks and lines.
Concentrated tea is sent offsite for packing. Tea is pasteurized. Batch and production logs available for review. Product is shelf stable.
Mobile canning operation currently in use for canned products. Canned products are shelf stable.
