Routine Inspection:
Hand washing station was blocked (see violation code 401) but fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Coolers maintained below 4 degrees Celsius.
Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
Ready-to-eat foods displayed at room temperature have 2 and 4 hour time stamps. All current items displayed with satisfactory time stamps.
3-compartment sink used for manual warewashing. Bleach sanitizer for manual warewashing = 100 ppm.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
