-Follow-up inspection to May 12, 2023. -Quats sanitizer spray bottles were both spraying properly and tested at 200ppm. -Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection. -Rodent droppings still observed in the back of the kitchen. Clean and sanitize areas daily that are affected by rodent droppings. Continue to monitor for activity and contact your pest control operator as needed. -Health permit hand delivered. Ensure permit is posted in a visible location. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
