Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large bag of bean spouts stored at room temperature were discarded. Ice pack was melted and not large enough to accommodate amount of bean sprouts. Lunch rush was over and there were only 4 patrons in premises.
Corrective Action(s): Keep bean sprouts stored at 4C or less at all times. Do not store bean sprouts at room temperature if not being used for immediate service. Ensure ice packs are large enough and frozen to keep bean sprouts at 4C or less. Ensure turn over rate within 2 hours if unable to maintain 4C or less

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted cutting board covering hand sink in kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hand wash stations are fully accessible at all times. Do not cover/obstruct hand wash station.

Observation: Some required cleaning has been completed but not all. Area behind chest freezer and the storage unit beside the chest freezer still has food debris under and behind the unit.
Corrective Action(s): Pull out chest freezer and the shelving unit and do a thorough cleaning in these areas.

Observation: Noted bowls and strainers stored above the dishwasher were double stacked and still wet.
Correction: Rewash all the bowls and strainers in the dishwasher. Ensure all items have thoroughly air dried before putting them away and double stacking them.
Comments

- Follow up to routine inspection ABAI-BD4Q89 conducted
- All foods were protected (ie. stored off the ground, sauces did not have bowls stored in them...etc)
- All clean food equipment appeared fully air dried
- Paper towel dispenser at drink area has been fixed
