Comments

- Routine inspection is conducted and following are observed:
- All handsinks in kitchen and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers in kitchen and storage are measured at less than 4C
- All freezers are measured at less than - 18C
- Thermometers are available in all cooler and freezers
- Hot holding unit for rice and soup are measured at greater than 60C
- Food contact surface sanitizer is available in buckets (Lactic Acid/DDBSA)
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 72C during final rinse cycle at dish surface
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- Foodsafe certified staff present on site
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory

NOTE: Walk-in cooler is available outside the back door, install proper hatch that will allow to lock the door of the walk-in cooler when the facility is closed.
