A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Cooler 0C; freezer was -21C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on pallets or racks. - No expired foods found. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests found. Manager explained they HAD a problem with mice in the Spring, but the problem has been addressed. Rodent proofing of exterior walls; allowing a 6-12" space along back walls and pallets; and removing floor pallets and cleaning under and behind them more frequently. - "All Catch Pest Control" is contracted to do regular monitoring for pests. They service the facility every month.
