STAFFING: 12180 - CCLR s.22(2)(a) - A licensee must ensure that each employee (a) is trained in the implementation of the fire drill system and emergency plan described in subsection (1), including the use of any equipment noted in the fire drill system and emergency plan.
Observation: The fire extinguisher required to be serviced in March 2020.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure fire extinguishers are serviced on or before the service date.

Observation: Upon review of facility records, Licensing observed that on February 25, 2021 there were five children under the age of four years old. As per Schedule E of the CCLR, there can only be four children under the age of four years old (granted that there is no child in care under twelve months of age).
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure compliance with age requirements as per Schedule E of the CCLR.
