Hot water tank was broken at facility. No hot water on date of December 3, 2019. Facility was ordered CLOSED as a result of the lack of hot water. Closure Order was posted and an additional copy was provided to Manager Len Duong (Sui Len Duong). All conditions of Closure Order were reviewed by Health Inspector and explained.

Upon reinspection later that evening at approximately 16:10 the Health Inspector arrived back at the restaurant to find the staff and Manager in the process of making additional food items and the hot water was still lacking at restaurant. All food items were discarded during that inspection and Manager was informed a VIOLATION TICKET would be issued to the restaurant (corporation that owns the restaurant) as a result of the violations observed December 3, 2019 at approximately 16:10.

VIOLATION TICKET ISSUED AH00925258 for violations that occurred on December 3, 2019. Violations include:
1) Public Health Act Section 99(1)(k)
2) Food Premises Regulation Section 14(1)
3) Food Premises Regulation Section 21(4)

Ticket was served to Manager Sui Len Duong on December 6, 2019. Shriver's Test performed. Photographs taken of Driver's licence for office records. Ticket issued to Corporation Aureflam Trading Canada Inc. DBA Pho Hoa Restaurant (Surrey) located at #102 14357 104 Avenue Surrey.
