Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potato dicer blade and upper guard obserfved to have built-up of food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Dissemble, clean and sanitize the blade and upper guard. Potato dicer must be cleaned and sanitized after each use or every 2 hours of continous use which ever is lesser.

Observation: Observed excessive food debris underneath the front countertop adjacent the hot-holding units, underneath stand-up coolers in the fried chicken preparation area, and underneath the soft drink syrup shelving unit in the back.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned area. Cleaning underneath hard to reach areas must be conducted to prevent built-up of food debris and possible pest harbourage. Corrected by: Today.

Observation: Handwashing sink at the self-serve coffee station observed to be out of order.
Corrective Action(s): Service the handwashing sink to ensure it is well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Corrected by: 1 month.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser and QUATs spray bottles at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
Stand-up coolers, display coolers, milk dispenser, undercounter coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers, ice cream freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding unit measured at 60C or higher. Temperature logs are well maintained.
Deli sandwiches observed to be within best before dates.

Overall, facility is well organized.
