Comments

-Cabinet is replaced -
-Temp of all coolers and freezers are satisfactory <4 oC and < -18 oC respectively
-Dishwasher temp >75 oC at plate
-Ice machine is clean and sanitary - Ice scoop are kept out of machine
-Bleach solution in spray bottle and bucket in front cooking area >100 ppm
- paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand washing sink

** put sticky traps under all shelving units, equipment and sinks
** Ensure to have bucket of sanitizer at each work area at all time
** Still the up stair storage area is not accessible without risk- keep it clean and just a freezer not other foods storage is allowed up there.
