Observation: Low temperature dishwasher has 0ppm detectable chlorine sanitizer residual. Unknown when the last time the dishwasher was checked for sanitizer residual. No daily log sheets available
Correction: Repair washer.

Maintain Daily Log sheets for chlorine residual checks.

Dry storage room has been cleaned, lightly packaged foods in rodent proof containers. Goods off the ground -clearance of >15cm to ease cleaning and monitoring of pests
Spruce Pest Control inspected in the morning -report indicates no activity -a few pest entry points located in dry storage room sealed off
Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse >50ppm chlorine residual detected
Mini-freezer has been defrosted -all foods there adequately protected

All fridges at or below 4 deg C
Bleach sanitizer >100ppm chlorine -wiping towels in solution when not in used
General sanitation -pass
