Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large garbage disposal bin stored directly in front of the main handwashing station at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Move the garbage bin away from the main handwashing station. Keep this area clear, free of any obstructions for easy handwashing access.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CCMR8T:

- Food being cooled in shallow pans, in smaller portions.
- Bucket of yogurt being stored in ice.
- Ice machine in clean condition. Build up mildew has been removed, cleaned with chlorine bleach sanitizer.
- Ice scoops stored in bins.
- Surface sanitizer measured 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Hand soap in automatic soap dispenser at the main handwashing sink and staff washroom.
- Operating permit posted in a conspicuous area.
- Mouse droppings have been removed, cleaned in the areas noted in previous inspection.
- A third party pest control company conducted inspection on March 19, 2022. Installed traps. Keep records onsite for review during the next routine inspection.
- General sanitation has improved. Clutter in the back storage area has been organized. Ensure to keep all food items off the floor.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Ensure to schedule staff in such a way that at min one FOODSAFE trained staff is on duty at all time. This will be checked during the next routine inspection.
