311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: * Baseboard beside cooking element has deteriorated and come off the wall. It has grease build up around and hard to clean. Also, add baseboard along wall behind vent area in front sushi counter as it is missing and there is a gap there where pests can enter. Also, painting of all walls from sushi bar and into kitchen is required as paint has deteriorated. Corrective Action(s): * Replace/repair all baseboards where missing/deteriorated. This is to be addressed by end of October 2016. The painting also needs to be done and should be completed by end of January 2017. Also, install washable wall board at back areas where missing including mop area and storage. Violation Score: 5
