A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers were -18C or colder; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily. - Holding times for savory items being recorded. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; in groups; and 6" off the floor on shelves or platforms. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottles was 200ppm. - No expired foods found in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. - All in order.
