-All handwash station are equip with paper towel, soap, hot/cold water -All refrigeration temp <4C, freezers <-18C -bleach spray bottle tested at >100ppm -all food stored in containers protected from contamination and 6" off the ground -general sanitation is good -No pest observed during time of inspection.
