Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishawsher @ 0ppm of Chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Staff primed the machine several times as the sanitizernjug is full, however it is not pulling it through the line.
Dishes must be washed by hand using bleach and water solution until dishwasher is repaired.

Observation: Hood vent was due May 2021 to be professionally cleaned.

1. Wash

3. Sanitize - place dishes in bleach & water solution @ 100ppm
4. Air dry.
Have dishwasher serviced/repairs so it maintains 50ppm Chlorine
-Obtain test strips so concentration can be checked & recorded daily on a log. To be corrected by 11-Aug-2021.
