Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Due to inadequate sanitizing cycle from the low temperature dishwasher, all food contact surfaces are re-wash and sanitized after the dishwasher is serviced.

Hand washing sink is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Bleach sanitizer measured at 100 ppm as per test strip.
General sanitation adequate.
Washroom satisfactory.
2 compartment sinks with drain plugs available for manual dishwashing.
Kitchen hood appears to be clean - next cleaning before Sept 18, 2021.
All coolers at or below 4 degrees C.
All freezers at or below -18 degrees C.
General sanitation adequate.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
