Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] (Foods in the walk-in cooler and preparation cooler (inserts) were at 5C to 6C. A box was blocking the fan in the walk-in cooler (fan air temperature was at 4C) and inserts were not covered during busy times.)
Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C - box has been removed from the air vent.
-Handwash stations were easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Did not observe any issues with handwashing at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe any raw foods stored above ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe foods thawing at the time of inspection. Mop sink is only to be used for the disposal of mop water.
-Did not observe any foods stored in opened cans at the time of inspection.
-General cleaning has been carried out in the facility. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
-Leaking tap at the two compartment sink has been repaired and is no longer leaking water.
-Chemical spray bottles were properly labelled at the time of inspection.
-Accurate thermometers present in cold holding units at the time of inspection.
