Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # ANAN-CTEQHE of Jul-04-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: The dishwasher rinse had only 10ppm chlorine. Correction: Get the dishwasher serviced. The rinse must have at least 50ppm chlorine in the rinse cycle.

Comments

On Follow-Up: Dishwasher rinse had 50ppm chlorine in it. "True" brand display cooler temperature was 2 degC. The left side of this cooler is for use by Angel's Pastries as indicated by the label. Outstanding Item: Submit FSP's for the foods that will be prepared for Rainbow Play Cafe.
