- Walk-in cooler has been repaired and ambient temperature measured at 4C or below. Staff stated there was some issue with the gas according to the technician. - Ice machine is cleaned. - Hole in the wall is blocked. - Overall sanitation is improved. Past inspection reports of the facility shows that there are many repeated violations being observed in regular routine inspections. At all times, ensure to maintain at least the current level of sanitation and adhere to food safety practices as suggested by EHO.
