Observation: 1) Deliveries from the previous day were stored on the floor in the dry storage room.
2) Rice scoop was stored in the rice container.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure foods are stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
2) Ensure scoops are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of foods.

Comments

-Cooler was at 4C.
-Freezer was at -20C.
*Temperatures have not been recorded for July 10 - July 13. Ensure temperatures are checked and recorded daily as per the approved food safety plan and to verify foods are stored at an adequate temperature.
-Foods were cooked to greater than 74C. Food is served immediately after cooking.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 75C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was tested at 200ppm and properly labelled.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until January 11, 2028
