Annual Inspection of the Rotary Field House food concession. Following items need addressing ASAP. 1. Install weather stripping underneath the door leading to the meeting room as well as replace the worn out weather-stripping on the meeting room exterior door. 2. Re-install the paper towel dispenser at the hand sink and ensure that soap dispenser is filled with liquid soap. 3. Clean the floor especially underneath and behind all equipment. 4. Clean all stainless steel tables and food storage surfaces 5. Ensure that fridge maintains 4 C or below before operating the concession.
