A follow up inspection was conducted: - All foods covered in dry storage room. - Quats sanitizer in cloth buckle was 200ppm. - Back door in kitchen was closed. Recommend installing screen door if you wish to keep door open. - Ice machine, interior surfaces, is clean. - No personal items found in food processing areas. - These items are in the process of being corrected. (contractor being obtained, maintenance man arriving, on order). floor under the cook line equipment + drink coller to be cleaned damaged plastic lids + containers are being replaced - on order damaged walls + flooring being organized to be repaired soap dispenser to be installed on wall by hand sink in back corner - correct ASAP.
