Inspection conducted to review "Phase 2" renovations of the bakery. -Walk in cooler is delayed/ process. -New epoxy flooring, new ceiling tiles and lighting , new oven, a large SS work table. -All products received pre-made frozen -No food handling except defrosting in cooler and baking in oven No objection to operation at the bakery. *Ensure all construction areas are sealed/separated from food preparation/production/storage areas to protect against potential contamination
