Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): REPEAT OBSERVATION: open can of soda stored in ice for drinks
Corrective Action(s): do not store cans in ice meant for consumption. ensure that ice for cold holding drinks is stored separately from ice for consumption.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed in the following areas;
-behind the empty can garbage bin
-around the ice machine
-lower shelf in the bar area storage room
-floor around the coke flats and beer kegs in the bar area storage room
-back of house around the tool and equipment cart, as well as along that wall

Corrective Action(s): Remove the droppings, clean and sanitize the area using a 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution.
organize the back storage room and get excess clutter out or off the floor
also, fill the holes and gaps along the back wall of the bar.

-shredded insulation found behind empty can garbage bin at the bar
-clutter and excess equipment stored on floor of back storage room
-saw dust accumulated beside ice machine
Corrective Action(s): Remove the saw dust and shredded insulation and clean area with a 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution.
Remove the clutter from the back of house specifically around the wall with tools and equipment
