Routine inspection conducted.

Note - Facility has kitchen at main floor and 4 serveries (one on each floor).

Kitchen:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of prep coolers, walk in cooler & stand up coolers recorded at or below 4C
- Freezers including walk in freezer recorded at or below -18C
- Hot holding units with dinner recorded above 60C
- All handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS solution recorded in sanitizing pails.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 71.8C on dish level during rinse cycle.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing.
- Ice machine maintained in good sanitary condition.
- Food storage practices were satisfactory.
- All staff onsite had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Manager stated that pest control company checks once a month.

Serveries:
- Temperature of stand up coolers and freezers located at each servery met the health requirements (coolers at or below 4C, freezers at or below -18C).
- 2 compartment sink available and had adequate supply of hot and cold running water.
- Liquid soap and single use paper towels present.

Recommendations:
- If the cutting boards are worn out and/or have visible cuts which may result in inadequate cleaning & sanitizing of the surface, please replace them with new boards.
