Follow up inspection:
-Upright glass door cooler was re-serviced and it was measured between 1 to 1.5 degrees C internally (4 degrees C / 40 degrees F or less).
-A new accurate thermometer was available inside the upright glass door cooler. The previous inaccurate thermometer was removed.
-Walls with buildup in the kitchen and back food storage room were cleaned and repainted. *Keep up with regular cleaning as needed to prevent buildup from accumulating.
-Shelf liner was available over the cabinets.
-The operator mentioned that he has a new cutting board on order. Update the area E.H.O. once you receive it.
