Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Open bag of flour found on back room floor.
Corrective Action(s): Operator placed into plastic container with lid and onto shelf at time of inspection. Ensure to not store food on the floor and protect it from contamination.

Observation: Two shelves of cooler in kitchen lined with tin foil that is soiled and ripped and fan cover in same cooler has mould growth on it..
Corrective Action(s): Remove or replace foil and clean fan cover. If you continue to line shelves with foil ensure it is cleaned and replaced as needed. Correct within one week.

-vent hood recently cleaned
-no signs of pests
-upstairs space used for seating but no coolers used
-dishwasher sanitizing at 79C at dish level
