Observation: Mouse droppings observed by back garage-style door. Operator says they clean and sanitize the area as often as they can. They have a pest company that is scheduled monthly.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the affected areas. Sanitize using a 1000ppm bleach solution and allow air-drying. Ensure this area is cleaned more frequently. Contact your pest company for further solutions to reduce pest concerns.

Routine inspection conducted.

-Hand wash stations are fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water.
-All functioning coolers are at or below 4C. Food storage in coolers is good.
-All freezer units are functioning properly
-Food items are covered
-High temperature dishwasher achieves 76.6C (min. 71C) at plate level. Operator explains that service is scheduled in the coming days for a sensor issue.
-QUATs spray bottles are labelled and achieve 200ppm. *QUATs test strips should be purchased to test concentration of sanitizer*
-Dry storage is satisfactory. Pest proof containers are being used. *Ensure scoops are stored in a manner that prevents possible contamination
-Pest traps are placed. Ensure there is frequent cleaning of any droppings found.
-Permit is posted in a conspicuous location.
-Staff with FOODSAFE Level 1 is on-site.
