Observations:
- Walk-in and meat display cooler at or below 4'C
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- All hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach
- Bleach sanitizer in labelled spray bottle measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- Staff observed wearing gloves
- No live drain flies observed during inspection - good!
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
