Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Pizza time tracking is in use. Bleach solution in the 3-compartment sink was tested at 100 ppm. Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was tested at 100 ppm. There was no evidence of pests. Kitchen equipment was clean. The storage room was clean and organized. Flour is no longer stored there. General sanitation was satisfactory.
