Overall sanitation of the kitchen and servery areas satisfactory
All hand washing stations are stocked with liquid soap and paper towel
Hot and cold running water available at all sinks

Temperatures:
-Kitchen walk-in cooler at 3 C
-Kitchen walk-in freezer at -14 C
-stand up hot holding unit at 70-73 C
-all temperatures are checked twice daily with thermometers in each unit and logged

Dishwasher in good working order; reached 72.9 C at plate level after final rinse cycle
