Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize both areas and treat the drains with bleach sanitizer. Minimize food debris and moisture to help keep flies and other pests away. Correct as soon as possible.

Observation: Pizza prep cooler is currently maintaining temperatures of 15°C. Minimal amounts of food are being stored in the inserts at the top. No food is being stored at the bottom section. Technician has been called already.
Corrective Action(s): Service the pizza prep cooler so it is able to maintain temperatures of 4°C. Ensure only small amounts of perishable food are stored in the inserts at a time (enough to use within a 2 hour period).
