Comments

Prep cooler inserts all at <4 deg C and were covered with plastic lid at time of inspection, all temperatures are now satisfactory. Discussed with owner regarding implementing temperature monitoring/logs for all coolers. This will provide verification that foods are all being maintained at <4 deg C.
